Step 1: Start a consultation
Once we receive your enquiry, our team will personally get in touch with a short set of tailored questions to better understand your vision, inspirations, and dreams for your custom piece.

Step 2: Design Process
Once your design idea is clear, we will help you source the right stone and style. We will share the estimated cost, timeline, and material options. After that, we will work together to fine-tune the details before moving on to the approval stage.

Step 3: Final approval stage
You will receive a detailed, photo-realistic design draft for your final approval. Once confirmed, a design fee will be collected to begin production.

Step 4: Quality Assurance & Deliver
Once your custom piece is complete, it will undergo a thorough quality check. After the remaining balance is settled, you can choose to collect it in-store or have it delivered straight to your doorstep.
